Our Solution

Worker safety and structural integrity drove every phase of this installation. We initiated the tear-off by stripping the roof down to the bare joists in heavily compromised sections. We then executed necessary dry rot repairs, installing large sheets of fresh, structural plywood to create a solid, stable nailing surface.

With a newly fortified deck, we rolled out high-performance GAF synthetic underlayment to serve as a secondary moisture barrier. Our technicians meticulously installed custom metal flashing around all roof penetrations, including ventilation pipes and exhaust hoods, ensuring a watertight seal at the roof's most vulnerable points. Throughout the entire process, our team prioritized material pick-up, immediately bagging and hauling away the old shingles and torn underlayment to keep the rural property pristine and free of hazardous nails or debris.
